I lead engineering teams and build internet businesses.
I am César Ramírez, an engineering leader and founder based in San Salvador. Over the last decade, I have shipped products and scaled teams across fintech, e-commerce, HR tech, and government systems in Latin America.
Today I run Kods, partner with teams on product delivery, and keep building a portfolio of small digital products.
